The E-File is a dry manicure, and sometimes referred to as a “Russian’’ Manicure, where the focus is on detailed cuticle care. This creates an immaculate canvas on which manicure perfection can be created.  The manicure will also last longer by using this technique since the polish can be applied under the cuticle, providing minimum natural nail re-growth.
